Thanks for writing in on TD Helps, Jean. We'd be happy to guide you in the right direction.
There are a few options you have to check your account transactions and we'd be happy to go over them with you.
If you are currently enrolled for our Online Banking, you would be able to view your TD account online. You may also view the transactions as well. After you log into your account here: http://bit.ly/1eaISlq, you may click on the “Accounts” tab at the top of the page and then click on the name of the account you want to view. Then, select from the following drop down options: “Last 10 days, My Current Statement, My Previous Statement or All Available History” and select the “Show History” button to the right of the screen. You also have the option to view your previous statements online by clicking on Statements tab.
If you're not currently enrolled and would like to take advantage of this free service, you may click here: http://bit.ly/1lqyp6r. Please have your account number, ATM/debit card number and Social Security number available to complete the enrollment. The page will provide you with step-by-step instructions on how to complete the process. If you have any questions please call our Digital Banking Specialists 24/7 at 800-493-7562 for further assistance.
If you have a Business account with us and are looking to enroll for TD Bank BusinessDirect, we can help too! Please follow this link: http://bit.ly/1dl2HX6. Once you’re at the “Sign Up for TD Bank BusinessDirect” page, please complete the application. You will need your Business Taxpayer Identification Number, account number, ATM/Debit card number, the business name, and your e-mail address. When you are finished with the application, you will receive an e-mail confirmation within 2 business days that contains your User ID and Password. In case you don't have a debit card or would like to have immediate access to online banking, you could visit your local TD Bank Store for help. For hours and locations near you, check out: http://bit.ly/TDStores.
You can also access up-to-the-minute account information 24 hours a day/7 days a week by calling our automated banking system (IVR) at 1-800-937-2000, contacting our dedicated Banking Specialists 24/7 at 888-751-9000, or feel free to visit one of our convenient locations near you.
Hope this helps, Jean. Please let us know if you have any other questions.
