Thanks for coming to TD Helps with your question, Tova! We'd be glad to help.
Through online banking, up to 60 days should be available to you in your account history. If you'd like to review statements and deposits that occurred prior to that, you will need to look to your past statements. We're happy to report that you have access to the last 7 year of statements right there in your online banking.
To access your statements, first log into online banking by clicking here: https://go.td.com/1eaISlq. Once logged in, select 'Statement & Notices' tab. Here you should see all of the statements for the current year. If you ever need to access a statement that's older, just change the year in the drop down menu and all the statements for that year should appear below.
When you find the statement you'd like to review, just click 'View' next to it and a new window will open with the statement. You'll also have the option to download or print the statement if you'd like.
If you have any additional questions, please don't hesitate to give us a call 24/7 at 888-751-9000 or stop in to see us at any of our Stores. To find one near you, please click here: https://go.td.com/1nq31dc.
We hope you're having a great day, Tova, and wish you Happy Holidays!
