First, you may follow the steps below to determine if this check has posted to your account during your current or previous statement cycle. In order to do so, please first access your Online Banking by using your user Name and Password and then follow the instructions below to locate the check image: If you are using our Retail online site, please use this link to sign on first: http://bit.ly/1eaISlq: 1. Click on the Accounts tab 2. Click on the blue hyperlink of your accounts name 3. Click on "Power Search" link, which is located on the right hand side of Account History. 4. Enter the Check Number you are looking for and click on Search. If the check has been presented for payment, click on the “View Check Image” link next to Check Number to obtain a front and back copy of the check. If you are using our BusinessDirect online site, please use this link to sign on first: http://bit.ly/1rvBmq8 1. Click on the Accounts tab 2. Click on the blue hyperlink of your account name 3. From the drop down arrow, select "Show All", it is under Account History 4. From the drop down arrow, select "Check", it is next to Type 5. Enter the Check Number you are looking for in "From Check" field If the check has been presented for payment, click on the “View” link under the “Check Image” column located on the far right hand side of the screen to obtain a front and back copy of the check. If you are unable to locate this check after following the instructions listed above, you will need to search your previous statements for additional information. Please follow the steps below to view your statements if you are using our Retail online site, 1. Click on the accounts link at the top of the screen 2. Click on the account number you would like to view statements on 3. Click on the “Statements” tab. 4. Choose the statement period you would like to view and click “View Statement” 5. You may then click the print icon if you would like to print a copy of your statement Please follow the steps below to view your statements if you are using our BusinessDirect online site: 1. Click on the accounts link at the top of the screen 2. Click “Statements” 3. Choose the statement period you would like to view and click “View Statement” 4. You may then click the print icon if you would like to print a copy of your statements If you are signed up for paperless statements and need to look for your checks outside the last 60 days of activity, check images should have been included on the last page of your statements and you may view them by selecting the "Statements" tab. If you do not have paperless statements or do not wish to enroll for paperless statements, you may still request to have your check images included in your future monthly statements. Please note; you may also view the check numbers, amounts and posting dates under the Checks Paid section on your monthly statements regardless if you are enrolled for paperless statements or not.
