need to send a wire to another bank online when under the send money tab i enter the acct number it says invalid how do i do it

As you mentioned that when attempting to enter in your friends account number when initiating your transfer, you are receiving an error message; we'd like to recommend that you connect with us so that we can troubleshoot this error with you directly.
