I tried to use bill pay as I do to send money to myself at the same institution I wish to send money to now for my brother's account, But it seems I can only send it to his home via check instead of a direct transfer to his checking account. I tried to enter him as a business but it's too complicated...can you tell me how this is done?

Great question, Michael! We'd be glad to help you initiate a transfer!
You can use Send Money via Online Banking to send funds to another TD Customer or individuals at other institutions. To sign in, please visit here: http://go.td.com/1eaISlq.
Once logged in, please select the Send Money tab. If you have not already done so, you will first need to enroll in the service. To do so, please complete the following:
-Ensure your email address is up to date
-Read and accept the Terms and Conditions
-If you sign up with your mobile number, select text or call to receive a verification code. If you sign up using your email we'll send you a verification code by email.
-Enter the code to verify your email/phone
Once the enrollment is complete, you are able to select Send to begin the transfer process. You will then need to create a contact by following the prompts.
Please know that in order to use this feature, you will need, a U.S. address, phone number, Social Security Number, email address and active debit card.
