If you've just received your Debit Card in the mail, in order to activate it you'll need to dial 888-553-4122. You may do so 24/7. By following the prompts, your card will be activated by the end of the call. Please note that the prompt system will ask you to create a PIN for your card and it may be the PIN you've used in the past.
If you have any trouble activating your new Debit Card, you may contact us for assistance 24/7 by dialing 888-751-9000 or by visiting a TD Store during lobby hours. To find out TD Store locations near you, please visit, http://bit.ly/TDStores.

Hi Megan, it's October 2017 and I have the same question! Because when I call the number above, it asks me to put in my PIN, which I don't have And when I call, there's no option for "I don't have a PIN" or "set up new PIN"

It sounds like you may be trying to activate a re-issued debit card. If this is the case, the PIN that you would be prompted to enter is the PIN from your previously active debit card.
If this is not the case, or you forgot your PIN, we can either send you a PIN reminder, or you may visit your local TD Bank Store to reset and activate your debit card. To view our Store locations and hours, please click here: https://go.td.com/2xdA4Gs.
To receive a PIN reminder, you may request this by calling us, 24/7, at 888-751-9000, or by sending us a secure message through online banking. To send a secure message, you will first want to log into your TD Bank online profile by clicking here: https://go.td.com/1eaISlq. Once you've successfully logged in, look for the 'Message Center' on the left hand side and select 'Send a secure message'. If you have downloaded our mobile banking app for your smartphone, you may also use this method to send a secure message. From your Mobile Banking, log in and select 'Send a Secure Message' from the side Menu.
In your secure message, please be sure to include your request for a PIN reminder, your name, account number, and address in which we should be mailing the PIN reminder to. If you need this request to be mailed to an address other than what is on file, please be sure to include the statement "I take full responsibility for the PIN to be mailed to this alternate address".
