I received the card and tried to use it recently but it said i had the wrong pin. I dont think i ever set up a pin for this card

We are sorry to hear you are having a hard time using your ATM card.
If your ATM card is new and you do not recall setting up a PIN (personal identification number), we recommend calling our Voice Response Unit at +1 (888) 553-4122 and follow the prompts to set up a new PIN. You can also stop by a TD Bank ATM to set up a PIN.
If you already set up a PIN and do not remember it, you may go to any TD Bank location with proper identification (ex. Driver's License, Passport, etc.) and ask one of our Customer Service Representatives to change your PIN. You can find the closest TD Bank location by using http://bit.ly/1iPlVER. You may also give us a call at (888) 751-9000 to request a PIN reminder mailed to you. PIN reminders can take five to seven business days to arrive at the address we have on file, but can be expedited if necessary.
