Thanks for your interest in a savings account with TD, Martin. We'd be glad to help!
If you are under the age of 18, you are able to open an account with a parent or guardian by visiting any TD Store. To take a look at Store locations and their hours please visit http://go.td.com/1f9DSJR.
Prior to your visit, we recommend taking a look at the savings accounts we have to offer by visiting here: https://go.td.com/1hzzhPT. You are also able to receive a custom recommendation based on your needs by using our Savings Selector Tool found here: https://go.td.com/1sxY9Rd.
If you decide on opening an account, please keep in mind that a valid form of identification such as a State License, State ID or Passport will be needed by the parent or guardian to be listed on the account, as well as a Social Security Number. Acceptable forms of identitfication for minors include a School ID (preferably with a picture), Passport, US Birth Certificate or Social Security card.
If you have any other questions, we encourage you to reach out to the TD Store you plan on visiting prior to your trip or call our Banking Specialists 24/7 at 888-751-9000.
We hope this helps, Martin, and have a good day.

Welcome back, Martin. We'll be happy to help guide you in the right direction today.
Signing up for TD Bank Online is quick and easy! If you already have an ATM/Debit card with us and have a US Social Security number, you can use our enrollment self-service link at: https://go.td.com/1lU2qfY to sign up for Online Banking for your Personal account. Once there, you will need to choose Personal from the drop down box and complete three steps. First, you'll have to accept the Online Banking Agreement. Then, we'll ask you to enter in your personal information (Name, Social Security number, account number, etc.) and finally, you will have to set up three security questions. After those 3 steps are completed, you will have immediate access to your account online.
Or, if you recently opened a Business account and would like to enroll for TD Bank BusinessDirect, and you have your ATM/debit card, please follow the link above and choose Business from the drop down box. Then, please click on "Continue" and complete the application. You will also need your Business Taxpayer Identification Number, account number, your business name, and your email address. When you are finished with the application, you will receive an email confirmation within 2 business days that contains your initial User ID and password.
If you do not have an ATM/Debit Card yet or a Social Security number; or still continue to experience issues, please contact a Specialist at 888-751-9000 who can help enroll you over the phone for your Personal account. You may also visit your local TD Bank Store for assistance with setting up your Online Banking for your Personal or Business account. Please find a list of our Stores convenient for you at: http://go.td.com/1f9DSJR.
Once you have enrolled in Online Banking, you can also use your mobile phone to access your account information. To download the Mobile App for your Android or iPhone for your personal account, please click here: https://go.td.com/29sD0Tp or here: https://go.td.com/2eNzDfx for our BusinessDirect Mobile App. You can input your mobile phone number for a text message containing the TD Bank Mobile App link.
We hope this helps, and have a great day, Martin.
