i was locked out of my mobile app because i answered a security question wrong three times so i called customer service and they erased the question how do i set up a new question?

As you've mentioned that you've recently called and had a security question removed, we'd like to let you know that you're able to create a new question by signing in through the full web site rather than the Mobile App.
You are able to sign in here: http://bit.ly/1eaISlq. After signing in on the full web page, Online Banking will recognize that you do not have enough questions set up and will immediately ask you to create a new one. For security question tips and other helpful hints for answering your security questions, you can visit: http://bit.ly/1ikiYdw.
If you have any trouble creating a new question, feel free to call us 24/7 by dialing 888-751-9000. Our Representatives will be glad to walk you through the process.
