Thanks for connecting with us, Ashleigh. We're sorry to hear this! We'll be sure to point you in the right direction for assistance during this difficult time.
When opening a trust account, all trustees are authorized signers on the account therefore, it would be the trustee's responsibility to ensure that funds are being used in compliance with the terms of the trust.
We recommend reviewing the terms of these accounts with a banker at a TD Store location near you. Please see http://bit.ly/TDStores to find your local Store and their lobby hours, or feel free to contact a Customer Service Representative 24/7 at 1-888-751-9000. If you would like, one of our Specialists can establish an appointment at your preferred TD Bank Store for you during your call.
We look forward to hearing from you Ashleigh and wish you the best of luck.
