Welcome to TD Helps, Naomi. We'd be happy to help you set up balance alerts.
Online Banking and TD Bank Mobile App is one feature we offer to help you keep track and manage your account(s). If you are not enrolled in Online Banking, you can do so for free here: http://bit.ly/1lU2qfY. You will need your account number, your social security number, a TD Bank ATM/Visa Debit Card, and your email Address. Once you’re enrolled through the TD Bank website, you can then sign up for balance alerts.
If you have any trouble enrolling in Online Banking, we ask that you contact us directly 24/7 at 888-751-9000 or visit your local TD Store during lobby hours. For hours and locations near you please visit http://bit.ly/TDStores.
TD Bank offers email alerts. If you chose to have your statements electronically delivered to you, you will receive an email alert stating when it is available for viewing. You will also receive an email alert if you chose to be notified of your balance threshold or when a new secure message has come through the TD Bank website.
You can view more information on how to set these alerts by logging onto your Online Banking and clicking the “Alerts” tab. After you select the "Alerts" tab, you will then need to select "Set up a new Alert." Online Banking will then ask you to specify the type of alert you would like to create. By selecting "Continue," you will then be directed to another page that will ask you to further specify your alert and you will finalize the alert by selecting "Finish."
