Welcome to TD Helps, Tim.
TD Bank offers email alerts for your account that can be set up via Online Banking. Alerts can be set up for your balance or a new message alert and we would be happy to help show you how to get there.
You can view more information on how to set these alerts by logging into your Online Banking http://bit.ly/1eaISlq and clicking the “Alerts” tab. After clicking the "Alerts" tab you will then choose "Set up a new Alert." Online Banking will then ask you to specify what type of alert you are creating and once you do, please select "Continue." You will then be asked to select the account you'd like the alert for, the type of alert and the dollar amount of your alert. By selecting "Finish," your alert will be saved.
Keep in mind that these alerts are sent via email and will only be directed to your cellular device if you have your email attached to your mobile device.
If you have any troubles setting up your balance alerts, you can contact our Banking Specialists directly 24/7 at 888-751-9000. They would be more than happy to walk you through the process. You may also visit a TD Store in your area for assistance. For Store hours and locations near you please visit http://bit.ly/TDStores.
We hope this helps, Tim and have a good day.
