Hey Adam, thanks for coming by TD Helps. We'd be happy to help!
In order to sign up for paperless statement, you must first be set up for Online Banking. If you have not enrolled yet, you can do so for free by clicking here: http://bit.ly/1lU2qfY. You'll need your account number, Social Security number and your ATM/debit card number. If you run into any problems while enrolling or if you do not have your ATM card handy, please contact us at 888-751-9000 to speak with a Specialist, available 24/7. After account verification, our Specialists would be happy to assist! You may also visit your local TD Store for assistance. You can stop by the Store you opened the account at or for a list of Stores near you, check out: http://bit.ly/TDStores.
Once you've enrolled for Online Banking, you will have immediate access to view your account information. To enroll for paperless statements, please follow these steps below:
- Please click on the “Customer Service” tab
-Select the “Online Statement Settings” link which is located under the self-service portion (it will be the sixth link down) or in the "Help & Related Tasks" box (which is located on the left side of the page).
-Please select the account(s) you would like to enroll for Online Statements. Make sure the email address on file is correct.
-You will then be asked to read the “Online (Paperless) Statement Customer Agreement” and the “Hardware and Software Requirements." Once you have opened and reviewed the two documents needed, please check mark the two boxes and select “Save Changes."
When your statements become available for viewing, you will now receive an email notification to the email address you previously selected. To view a copy of your statements, please select the "Statements" tab under "Account History."
We hope this helps, Adam. Have a wonderful day and let us know if you have any other questions.
