A few weeks ago I went into my local branch to open a simple savings account. I wanted to set up the savings account to view online. How do I do that. I started to go through the process but stopped when it asked me for my ATM card number. I don't have one. Now what?

Hello, Bill! Welcome to the TD Helps community, we're happy to assist this evening.
We're glad to let you know that even without a TD Bank Debit or ATM card, you're able to enroll your account in Online Banking right away! We welcome you to contact our Banking Team 24/7 at 888-751-9000 to speak with a Banking Specialist. Upon proper account verification, we would be happy to get your online account up and running during your call. You're also more than welcome at any of our TD Bank Store locations and we'll be happy to set you up there. To find your closest TD Store location, please visit http://bit.ly/TDStores.
If you would like to have an ATM card for this account, you may obtain one by visiting any TD Bank Store nearby you. All TD Banks have an instant issue machine where you may obtain a new card, seven days a week and you'll be able to leave with a card in hand! Or, you may order one when you call us at the number mentioned above and we'll be glad to send you one via mail. However, you're not required to have a TD Bank Debit or ATM card for your account if this is your preference.
We hope these options are helpful, Bill, and we appreciate your visit tonight! Have a great one.
Justin B, Mount Laurel
