I know I can transfer, but that means it doesn't show up as a bill (like my mortgage, Amex, etc)

Great seeing you here on TD Helps, Courtney. Sorry to hear about any troubles with Bill Pay but we'll be glad to discuss your options!
From your message, we understand that you would like to add TD Bank as a Biller for your Visa Credit card account that you have with us. We'll be happy to explain how to do so.
While logged in to your TD Bank Online Banking account here: http://bit.ly/1eaISlq, please click on the Bill Pay tab. From there, use the "Add a Company or Person to Pay" tab found on the same page. From here, you'll want to add TD Bank manually as a new Biller, as we are not listed as a managed biller within this system under any of the categories. Please note that if you choose to use our Bill Pay service for this particular payment, we will send the payment in the form of a paper check. For this reason, we do recommend initiating a transfer online for your TD Bank credit card payments, rather than using Bill Pay to complete this.
If you prefer to have a record of your payment listed another way on your statement (rather than a transfer), we'd like to introduce you to TD Card Services Online Banking, a dedicated site designed specifically for your credit card which also allows you the option of a making payment online.
