My customer banks with TD and is trying to setup an ACH transfer to MY accounts held at another bank. Her local branch hasn't got a hot clue what she's talking about and literally MAILED a cheque to my financial services provider (which is a virtual bank not brick and mortar). Can you point me to some sort of document she can use to set this ACH transfer up with her local branch? THanks
