To change add security questions, please log into your Online Banking via your PC or web browser on your mobile phone here: http://bit.ly/1eaISlq. If you do not have enough security questions on file, the site will prompt you to add additional questions at the time you log in. If you have already met the requirement no prompt will occur if no questions need to be added. If you are a TD Bank BusinessDirect user, please direct your browser to http://bit.ly/1rvBmq8 and follow the same steps to add your Security Questions and Answers.
You can view and update your existing Security Questions and Answers by selecting the "Customer Service" tab. Once you’re there, under "Self Service" please click on the "Change Security Question/Answers" link. It will then take you to the "Update Your Security Questions and Answers" page where you can change/update your information by selecting the "Change" link after each question.
If you are a TD Bank BusinessDirect user, please direct your browser to http://bit.ly/1rvBmq8 and follow the same steps to add or update your Security Questions and Answers.
