Welcome to TD Helps, Roseanne!
Online Banking has a variety of information available to you and is a great tool to use to keep your banking straight. You are able to log in at any time by visiting here: http://go.td.com/1eaISlq.
Once you sign in, your account number(s) are available in full. This information is also available on your statements which can be viewed while logged in. You can check this information out by:
1. Click on the accounts link at the top of the screen.
2. Click on the checking account number you would like to view statements on.
3. Click on the Statements & Notices tab.
4. Choose the statement period you would like to view and click View Statement.
5. You may then click the print icon if you would like to print a copy of your statement.
If you're looking for your routing number, we apologize as this information is not available while signed in for security reasons. Routing numbers are based on the state in which you opened your account. You can check out our routing numbers by state here: http://bit.ly/1cmRPoF.
If you have any questions about your account specifically, we encourage you to reach out to a Banking Specialist. We are available 24/7 at 888-751-9000, during lobby hours at any TD Store or via secure message.
Take a look at TD Stores in your neighborhood and their hours here: http://go.td.com/1f9DSJR.
To send a secure message using Online Banking, please sign in here: http://go.td.com/1eaISlq and select 'Send a secure message' located in the 'Message Center' on the left hand side of the page. For Mobile Banking, select the option to 'Contact Us' followed by 'Send a secure message' after signing in.
