Thanks for your question, Frank, and we'd be glad to help. Cancelling the payment you've mentioned varies based on how it was originally scheduled. If the payment you've mentioned was scheduled using Bill Pay, you would first need to sign in to your Online Banking here: http://go.td.com/1eaISlq. After you log in, you will need to select the Bill Pay tab followed by the name of the specific biller. To cancel recurring payments, select Stop Auto Pay. If you have any trouble processing the cancellation, please call us 24/7 at 800-493-7562. Please know that if this debit was scheduled on the merchant's web page using your debit card or account/routing numbers, you would need to connect with the merchant directly. There are times in which a merchant is unable to assist in cancelling a recurring debit. If this occurs, feel free to call us 24/7 at 888-751-9000 or visit a TD Store to place a stop payment. To take a look at Store locations and their hours please visit http://go.td.com/1f9DSJR. Keep in mind that a fee may be assessed for the placement of a stop. Take a look here: https://go.td.com/2kFZ5mK to learn more. We hope this helps, Frank. Have a good day.
