Its a kickboxing gym that I attended a while back. I contacted one of the owners of the gym and explained to her why I was no longer able to attend the gym anymore, she said okay then gave me a list of steps to follow so I can cancel the membership. I fulfilled my end but overtime I look at my account they're still taking money every month. Im out of the country right now so there's no way I can call TD bank for them to fix the problem. What should I do?

Thanks for reaching out to us on TD Helps, Candice. We'd be glad to discuss stop payments.
Please know that you are unable to place a stop payment on transactions that are being deducted from your account with your debit card. Because of this we recommend reaching back out to the business directly.
If the funds are being deducted with your account and routing numbers, you are able to place a stop payment via Online Banking. If you're not currently enrolled for Online Banking, you may do so by clicking: http://bit.ly/1lU2qfY. You will need your account number, ATM/debit card number and Social Security Number to enroll online.
Once you're logged in at http://bit.ly/1eaISlq, please click on the "Customer Service" tab and then "Stop Payment."
If you have any trouble, we ask that you reach out to us directly. As you mentioned that you are overseas, you are able to call us by dialing (856)-751-9000 or collect from a landline at (215)-569-0518. Once speaking with a Representative, they will be glad to review the transaction and place a stop payment.
Please know that though we'd like to assist you directly TD Helps is considered an unsecured forum. Because of this we do not have access to your account/personal information. We apologize if this causes any inconvenience.
We hope this helps, Candice and have a good day.
