I'm signed up for paperless statements but I'm still receiving stuff in the mail. I did overdraft my account recently and TD bank sent me a notification in the mail. How do I make sure I don't get anything else in the mail? I don't want anything regarding my account sent to my home address. If I can't stop getting the notifications in the mail of when I accidentally overdraft my account, can I change my mailing address? Please let me know what I need to do but I don't want anything sent to my home address.

Thank you for reaching us on TD Helps, Morgan. We'd be happy to clarify.
Federal regulations require banks, including TD, to send certain pieces of information to you via standard mail. These things include overdraft notices, interest statements, terms and conditions updates, etc.
As you've mentioned that you've enrolled in paperless statements, your account information will no longer be sent via standard mail and will be accessible online.
If you are receiving any other mailings from TD such as marketing advertisements, you are able to update these preferences by filling out a form found here: http://bit.ly/Z6vtVx. You may also speak to a Representative directly to update this information either 24/7 by dialing 888-751-9000 or by visiting a TD Store during lobby hours. For Store locations and hours please visit http://bit.ly/TDStores.
If you would like to update your address, there are a few ways you can go about doing so. One of the easiest ways is to give us a call 24/7 by dialing the number mentioned above.
As you've mentioned that you already have Online Banking with us, you are able to log in here: http://bit.ly/1eaISlq to update this information. After logging in, please visit the Customer Service tab and click on the Change Address, Phone, Email Address link to send your new contact information.
Another option would be changing your address via mail. Feel free to mail a request to:
TD Bank, NA, 6000 Atrium Way, Mt Laurel, NJ 08054, Mail Stop # NJ5-002-215
As always, you are able to update this information at any TD Store during lobby hours.
We hope this helps, Morgan and have a good afternoon.
Megan K, Mount Laurel
