Happy Thursday, Cynthia!
It's great to hear from you this morning, and we'll be more than happy to assist you with cancelling your reoccurring transfer.
When looking to cancel a transfer to a credit card you may have with TD Bank, doing so can be completed in the same manner in which the transfer was first initiated. If you set up your reoccurring transfer through your Personal Online Banking, or through TD Card Services, you can cancel your transfer by simply logging in!
To access your Personal Online Banking, you're welcome to use the link here: https://go.td.com/SMUhhl, and once you have logged in; you'll want to click on the 'Transfers' tab. Then, click on the green 'Scheduled Transfers' tab, and you should be brought a page where you can view all of your scheduled or reoccurring transfers. To edit or cancel your transfer, simply locate the transfer you have set up for your credit card, and then click 'Edit', where you may then proceed to make any needed changed. After doing so, simply click 'Save Changes.'
If you initiated your reoccurring payment through TD Card Services, you can click here: http://bit.ly/28LTtn1 to log in, and once you have done so, towards the left hand side of your screen, you should see a tab that reads 'Payments.' From here, you can edit and cancel reoccurring payments.
In the event that you set up your reoccurring payment over the phone or at a TD Store location, to speak with one of our Credit Card Specialists, you may simply dial 888-561-8861, 24/7, or you may use the link here: http://go.td.com/1f9DSJR to find your nearest TD Store location.
We hope this information was helpful, and please don’t hesitate to let us know if we can answer any additional questions or concerns.
Take care, Cynthia!
