I turned 60 and want to switch my td convenience to 60 plus. Can I do it online?

Here at TD Bank, we know that things are always changing, and in the event that you want to change your account type, you may make your request by secure message, over the phone, or even by visiting a TD Store location.
As you mentioned that you'd like to make this change online, we'll gladly walk you through the steps on how you may send us a secure message.
First, you'll want to log into your TD Bank online profile by clicking here: https://go.td.com/1eaISlq. Once you've successfully logged in, towards the right hand side of your screen, you should see a 'Your Secure Messages' section. To send a message, simply click 'Send us a secure message.'
If you have downloaded our mobile banking app for your smartphone, you may also use this method to send a secure message. From your Mobile Banking, log in and select 'Send a Secure Message' from the side Menu. We generally respond within 24 hours or less.
In your message, we'd like to recommend ensuring that you include your full account number, as well as the new product type you'd like to switch your account to, as this information may be needed to successfully submit your request.
