I am across seas and would like to do this without any charges. Last time I did an external transfer there was a charge. Also have an additional account under a different name that I have money automatically put in to every month. I also can not access that separate account online for some reason. I simply would like to transfer all my money from TD bank and send it to my new bank along with the separate account I have set up. Thank you
