Thanks for joining us here at TD Helps, Sherian.
To transfer funds from your TD Bank here in the US to an account you have with another Financial Institution located in Canada, you may wish to initiate a wire transfer.
As you'll be sending funds to an Institution outside the US, to send an international wire all you need is:
· The full name, address, including city, state/province, country and account number of the person/business (for Euro Zone countries – IBAN – International Banking Account Number) you are sending money to
· The full name and address, including city, state/province and country of the financial institution receiving the funds
· The amount and currency of the transfer
Once you have the information needed, please visit your local TD Store to initiate this wire transfer. For a listing of TD Stores, check out: http://bit.ly/TDStores.
Please note, transfer fees may apply, for our fee schedule follow this link: http://bit.ly/1cTejgt. And please note that we do not process or disburse funds from wire transfers received designated Pay Upon Proper Identification (PUPID) and return them to the sender.
As your location is currently in Canada, it may be harder for you to visit us. We would recommend checking with the other Financial Institution for other options on how to initiate a transfer.
We hope this helps and please let us know if you have any other questions.
