A friend with a Canadian TD bank account send me money through Interac, but I don't know how to deposit this money into my US TD bank account. Is it going to be possible without opening a TD Canada trust account?

That's a great question, Micaela. We'll be happy to help today.
Interac e-transfer is a Canadian monetary transfer company. If you've received funds through an Interac e-transfer, you may need to deposit those funds to a Canadian account first. If you do not have an account with TD Canada Trust, it may be best to contact your friend, and advise them to cancel the transfer.
If you were interested in opening a Cross Border account, you may contact Cross Border Banking 24/7 by dialing 877-700-2913.
If you have any additional questions, you may call us at 888-751-9000, available 24/7, or visit your local TD Bank Store. To find your local Store as well as their hours, please check out this link: https://go.td.com/1nq31dc.
We hope this helps, Micaela, have a nice day!
