I have several TD accounts. I can easily transfer money between all of the personal ones, but can't figure out how to transfer to my business acount or to a TD account of someone else, I can only see how to transfer to outside banks.

Good morning, Cassie.
We appreciate you coming to TD Helps for assistance today, and we'll be more than happy to help.
We'd first like to apologize that you're having so much trouble transferring funds. As you mentioned that you would like to transfer funds from your personal account to your business account through your Personal Online banking, we'd like to take a moment to explain how this may be completed in further detail.
Here at TD Bank, you are able to have your business account added to your Personal Online Banking to easily access all your accounts from one place; however, it's important to note that if you share your business account with any additional signers, they will need to accompany you to your nearest TD Store location so that this may be completed. By doing so, you and any additional signers will be able to sign any necessary forms that will be needed to make this change.
If you are currently the only signer on your business account, you may simply call our Tech Support Team, 24/7, at 800-493-7562.
As you mentioned that you were also hoping to transfer funds from your personal account to another personal account within TD Bank, we're happy to announce that TD Bank currently offers a free person to person transfer feature, called Send Money. Send Money transfers can be completed directly from your Personal Online Banking, and we'll be happy to walk you through the process for your first time.
First, you'll want to log into your Online Banking, which you can do from here: https://go.td.com/1eaISlq, and once you've logged in completely, towards the top of your screen; you should see a tab that reads 'Send Money'. If you have never used this service before, you may need to accept some terms and agreements, and after doing so, you will be brought directly to the Send Money feature.
When using our Send Money feature, you will have the ability to send funds to anyone's email address, phone number, or account number. In the event that you would like to send funds directly to their account, please know that the routing number would also be needed. If you would rather send the funds to their email address, or via a text message, after you complete the transfer via your Online Banking, your contact will receive instructions on how they may proceed to have the funds transferred directly to their account.
To start your transfer, you will first need to add your contact and their information, which can be completed by clicking on the 'Add New Contact', towards the right side of your screen. Simply enter in their first and last name and then select if you would like to send the funds to their phone, email address, or account number. Next, enter in their information for whichever method you choose.
After saving this information, you will then be brought to the screen where you are able to select the amount you wish to send, and the delivery speed. Currently, for Instant Transfers, your contact will need to be registered with the Zelle network; however, to initiate a Standard Transfer, they do not need to be registered as registration will be automatically completed with their financial institution after accepting your transfer.
If your contact has a TD Bank account, and would like to register with the Zelle network before you send your transfer, they may simply log into their own Personal Online Banking, and then similar to the previous steps provided, click on the Send Money tab, confirm their information, and then accept any terms and agreements.
Regardless of whether your transfer is initiated as an Instant or Standard Transfer, the transfer is still free.
Once you have selected the amount and the delivery speed of your transfer, simply confirm the account you wish to have this transfer be debited from, and then click 'Review'. This will bring you to a final screen, and after ensuring that all the information provided is correct, you will be able to send your transfer successfully.
In the event that you run into any trouble, or if you have any questions, please don't hesitate to contact a Tech Support Specialist directly at the number mentioned above, as our Tech Support Team is always happy to help. Additionally, if you'd prefer, you're also welcome to visit your nearest TD Store location, during lobby hours.
Thanks again for stopping by today, Cassie. Have an amazing start to your Thursday!
