We appreciate you coming to TD Helps with your question, Ciara. If your debit card is held with another Financial Institution, at this moment TD Bank does not offer the option to initiate transfers from a debit card to your TD account, but there are other methods of depositing money into your account from a debit card. First, we would recommend that you contact the company from which your debit card was provided in order to learn more about the services that are offered for transferring funds. You may also choose to make a cash advance at a TD Bank location and make the deposit there. Check out http://bit.ly/TDStores to find a TD Bank near you. In the scenario where the debit card is linked to a bank account, there are several ways you may transfer funds to your TD Bank account. If both accounts are yours, you may want to consider our External Transfers service provided via Online Banking. Our External Transfer service is used if you're sending money from your personal account with TD Bank to your account at another Financial Institution within the United States. You can also initiate a request for funds from your account at another Financial Institution within the United States to your TD account. When using this service to send funds, fees may apply; however, if funds are deposited into your TD Bank account from another institution, we will not be charged a fee in that instance at this time. For the Transfers Terms and Conditions please see: http://bit.ly/1pADlWD, and for more information on the fee schedule, please take a look here: http://bit.ly/1cTejgt. In order to be eligible to use our External Transfer service, you must have a United States address, a unique United States phone number, a United States issued Social Security number and a valid unique email address. You must also be enrolled for Online Banking and be using a personal TD Bank Checking Savings or Money Market account for the transfer. If you are already enrolled for Online Banking, please check here: http://bit.ly/1eaISlq. After logging onto your account, please choose the "Transfers" tab. Then click on "Transfer to Accounts Outside TD Bank." You will then be asked to accept a user agreement and review the fee schedule. After the enrollment is completed, you may continue to schedule a transfer by adding your account at a different institution. To do so, select "Add a New Account." You will then be prompted to select the type of account followed by the account and routing numbers. Once you enter the required fields, the transfer service will then display whether or not you can make an immediate transfer. In some cases, a trial deposit is initiated at the receiving institution for verification purposes. You’re welcome to check out: http://bit.ly/1jXKYqq for all of the exciting details. If you choose to send an External Transfer, you will have two delivery options, three day or next day delivery. The next day delivery option is not available for Savings accounts. To qualify for the next day delivery option, you must wait 90 days from your first successful 3-day transfer and must not have had any transactions that overdrew your account in the past 90 days. Just in case that you are not currently enrolled for Online Banking for your personal accounts, no worries! We have you covered. You may use our self-service option by visiting http://bit.ly/1lU2qfY to begin the enrollment process. In order to do so, you will need your account number, TD Bank ATM/Debit Card, your Social Security number and your email address. When you finish the enrollment process, you will have immediate access to your account(s). If you do not have the required information to set up for Online Banking or you need assistance enrolling, you may contact us 24/7 at 1-888-751-9000 to speak with a Banking Specialist. Upon proper account verification, we would be happy to help get you started. If the debit card linked to the account is someone else's and they want to transfer funds into your TD account or vice versa, they may wish to initiate a wire transfer. For an Incoming Domestic Wire Transfer, it is necessary to provide the following information to any individual or financial institution wiring funds into your TD account: Wire to: TD Bank, N.A. Location: Wilmington, Delaware ABA#/Routing#: 031101266 Credit To/Beneficiary: Our Customer's Full Name (exactly as we have it listed on their account) Beneficiary Address: The address we have listed on our Customer's account Account#: Our Customer's full account number The wire instructions are included in this link http://bit.ly/1d6xZtF. Please note that TD Bank posts incoming wires from the Federal Reserve until 6:30pm on the current banking day. At this time, we may not process incoming Pay Upon Proper Identification (PUPID) wires and will return them to sender. Hope this helps and have a great night!
