If you are referring to your Personal Online Banking for your deposit account(s), such as a Checking or Savings account, we invite you to call 1-888-751-9000 to speak with a Banking Specialist, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. After verification, a Specialist will be more than happy to help.
If you are referring to a Credit Card you may have with TD Bank, our Credit Card Specialists can be reached by simply dialing 888-561-8861, also 24/7.
Additionally, if you'd prefer, a Customer Service Representative at your nearest TD Store location can also help you with gaining access to your Online Banking again, during lobby hours, and we welcome you to use the link here: http://go.td.com/1f9DSJR to find your nearest Store location.
