How can I unlock my debit card ?

Please keep in mind that TD Bank does monitor customer debit cards for your account security.
If you have experienced a recent debit card decline abroad, we apologize, and recommend that you contact a Banking Specialist 24/7 from outside the US at 1-888-751-9000 or, you can call us collect from outside the U.S. and Canada via a landline at 1-215-569-0518.
If your account is enrolled in Online Banking, you're also able to send a Secured Message regarding your debit card to one of our Banking Specialists, who can assist you via message. Please log in at https://go.td.com/1eaISlq, click the Customer Service tab and use the Send a Message link with your request. Please note that we would like to assist you directly here; however, we do not have access to your personal information since this is considered an unsecured forum.
