Thanks for joining in on the conversation today, Sven.
It sounds as though you may be looking to receive a new debit card for your TD Bank account, and if this is the case, we'll be more than happy to help.
If you're looking to receive a new card due to fraud on your account, we'd like to recommend that you connect with one of our Banking Specialist as soon as possible so that we may close your card to prevent any further charges from occurring. Our Banking Specialists can be reached 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, by simply dialing 1-888-751-9000. Once on the phone, not only will they be happy to close your card for you, but they can also file a dispute on your behalf for any unauthorized transactions that may have been debited.
In the event that fraud has not occurred on your account, but you're still looking to obtain a new debit card, we'd like to recommend that you visit your nearest TD Store location. Here at TD Bank, all of our Store locations have instant issue machines where you're able to obtain a new debit card on the spot. You will leave your Store location with a new card in your hand. To take a look at Store locations and their hours, please visit http://go.td.com/1f9DSJR.
If you're unable to visit a TD Store location, please don't worry. You're still welcome to connect with a Banking Specialist at the number above to request to have a card mailed to your address, or you also send us a secure message. To send a secure message, you will first want to log into your TD Bank online profile by clicking here: https://go.td.com/1eaISlq. Once you've successfully logged in, look for the 'Message Center' on the left hand side and select 'Send a secure message'.
If you have downloaded our mobile banking app for your smartphone, you may also use this method to send a secure message. From your Mobile Banking, log in and select 'Send a Secure Message' from the side Menu. We generally respond within 24 hours or less.
Should you decide that you'd like to send us a secure message to make your request, we'd like to recommend that you include your address in your response, as this information will need to be confirmed before your request can be processed.
We hope you found this information helpful, Sven, and we look forward to hearing from you soon!
Have a great upcoming weekend!
