I have to verify if a cashiers check was cashed and who cashed it. We are buying a Public Company and there is debt of the books that does not show up in the bank account. So, we need to verify this was cashed by a company officer or director.

Hi Kathleen and thanks for joining us today on TD Helps.
A Cashier's check can also be known as an Official Check. If you purchased an Official Check and would like to verify if the check has been received and cashed, you may visit your local TD Bank Store. Feel free to look here: http://bit.ly/TDStores for nearby locations. Additionally, you may contact us at 888-751-9000 to speak with a Banking Specialist. Although we are available 24/7, we recommend contacting us during normal business hours so that we can review the item for you with our Official Check Department. When you call, you'll need the official check number, the amount, payee and date of issue so that we can find out more information for you.
Hope this helps and have a great day.
