If you've already submitted a request to change your address and want to know if it has been updated, you may speak with one of our Customer Service Representatives 24/7 at 888-751-9000; who will be able to confirm your address information after you have fully completed our verification process. If you discover that your address needs to be updated, you may do so during the call. You also have the option of verifying and changing your address at any TD Bank Store. Another option of changing your address would be to log into your TD Bank Online Banking at http://bit.ly/1eaISlq. After entering your user name and password, please visit the Customer Service tab and click on the "Change Address, Phone, E-Mail Address" link to send your new contact information. This method may be used for both your deposit accounts and loan or line of credit accounts. Please note that your change of address request can take up to 3 to 5 business days to be completed.
For your person deposit accounts, you also have the of changing your address via mail. Feel free to mail a request to:

For business deposit accounts you may also stop by a TD location, use Online Banking through your business log in or send us a request through the mail, as shown above.
To change your address for your Credit Card, you may log in to http://bit.ly/1lVKil9 or stop into any TD Bank Store. After logging on you will need to click on Services, Manage Credit Card, then Update Address and Phone Number. An address change will take effect immediately on your Credit Card.
Changes to your loan or line of credit accounts may be made by dialing 1-800-937-5020, and any updates to your TD Bank Visa Credit Card can be made at 1-888-561-8861.
