I am trying to link my two accounts so I can transfer funds to pay my car payment. I set it all up, can see the two trial deposits on my other accounts website, but the TD website isn't showing the other account or giving me the link to verify the deposit amounts. I went to "transfers", "transfer between outside accounts" and there is nothing there. I even tried to start over but it tells me I have already added this account. What am I supposed to do here?

Welcome to TD Helps, Sheri. We're sorry you are having difficulties when verifying your accounts for our External Transfer feature.
We would like to assist you directly with your account however; TD Helps is considered an unsecure forum. With that being said, we are unable to obtain Customer's personal or account information via this forum, to protect your privacy.
To enable your account for External Transfers to or from your TD Bank account, please follow the below instructions.
Here's what to do:
1. Check your external account activity to identify the deposit amounts.
Two small deposits should show as being from 'TRIALCREDT'. (NOTE: You will also see a withdrawal from your account identified as 'TRIALDEBIT'. You may ignore this amount as it is not used in this verification process.)
2. Log in to TD Bank online banking at tdbank.com, go to the Transfers tab and select "Transfer to Accounts Outside TD Bank". Follow the online instructions.
3. Enter the correct deposit amounts.
If the deposit amounts you enter are the same that we deposited into your account, then your account will instantly be available for external funds transfers.
