Thanks for bringing your question to TD Helps this morning, Patricia!
We're sorry you're having trouble locating your statements through your online banking, and we'll be more than happy to help you do so.
To view your statements, you'll first want to log into your Personal Online Banking, which you can do by clicking here: https://go.td.com/1eaISlq. Once you've logged in, you'll next want to click on the account you're looking to view your statements for. Then, towards the center of your screen, you should see a tab that reads 'Statements & Notices.' After clicking on this tab, you'll be brought to a page where you'll not only have the ability to view your statements, but you may also download them!
If you have any trouble, please know that we're here to help! Banking Specialists can be reached by simply dialing 1-888-751-9000, and for your convenience, are here to help 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. As always, you may also visit your nearest TD Store location to speak with a Customer Service Representative, during lobby hours. To take a look at Store locations and their hours, please visit http://go.td.com/1f9DSJR.
We hope this helped, Patricia, and please let us know if we can answer any additional questions or concerns you may have.
Have an amazing weekend!
