Hello, I have what I believe is a passbook savings account for my 4 year old daughter at TD Bank. I am the joint holder with her. I do my own online banking for my own separate checking and savings accounts. How do I check her account and transfer money from my account to her account each pay period (I would like to set up a regular transfer to her account so I don't have to keep going to the bank to do it). I tried to set her account up with online banking, but she doesn't have an ATM/debit card with the account so it wasn't letting me go further.

Thanks for contacting TD Helps today, Michele. We're sorry to hear that you're having trouble accessing your daughters account, and we'll be happy to help.
As you currently have a Passbook Savings account for your daughter, we would like to take this opportunity to let you know that as this account type comes with a passbook, it will unfortunately not be view able through your Online Banking. Because of this, transfers must be performed inside of a TD Store location. To take a look at Store locations and their hours please visit http://go.td.com/1f9DSJR.
If you’d like to begin transferring funds from a Savings account online, we invite you to take a look at our Savings accounts here: https://go.td.com/1hzzhPT to determine if another account type might better fit your needs. You may also find it helpful to check out our customized Savings Selector tool, found here: https://go.td.com/2qg3wZV.
If you decide that you'd rather open a different account type for your daughter, we recommend visiting your nearest TD Store location during lobby hours. Please keep in mind that you will need to provide a valid form of identification to open the account, such as a State License, State ID or Passport. Acceptable forms of identification for minors include a School ID (preferably with a picture), Passport, US Birth Certificate or Social Security Card.
We hope this information was helpful, Michele. Have a great rest of your day, and enjoy your weekend!

Thanks for joining the conversation, Eric!
If you've opened a statement savings account for your child, you should be able to view the account online and make transfers between that account and others you hold with us.
The account referenced above is a passbook savings account. This account type does not receive a quarterly or monthly statement. All deposits and withdrawals are recorded in the passbook at the time the transaction is done at the Store. It is for this reason that online transfers are not permitted.
We'd be happy to take a look at your account and confirm whether or not it has online transfer ability. Please give us a call 24/7 at 888-751-9000 or stop in to see us at any of our Stores. To find one near you, please click here: https://go.td.com/1nq31dc.
We look forward to hearing from you soon, Eric. Have a great weekend!
