Thanks for joining in on the conversation today, Wilhemenia, and happy Saturday!
We're happy to confirm that information our friends have provided above is still the most accurate and up to date way in which you may view your Credit Card statement. Because of this, we recommend reviewing their responses.
In the event that you're looking to view your statements for a deposit account you may have with TD Bank, such as a Checking or Savings, we'll be happy to provide you with additional information on how you may do so.
The first and most convenient way to review your statements is to do so right from your Online Banking, and you're welcome to use the link here: https://go.td.com/1eaISlq to log directly in. If you haven't yet signed up for Online Banking, that's okay, as you can start the process here: https://go.td.com/1lU2qfY. To complete enrolling, you will need your Account number, Debit Card number, your Social Security Number, and a valid email address.
Once you're able to access your Online Banking, you should be viewing all of the accounts you may have with TD Bank. If you're not, simply click the 'Accounts' tab towards the upper, left hand side of your screen. From here, click on the account you wish to view a statement for, followed by the green 'Statements & Notices' tab towards the top. You will then be viewing all of your available statements, and to see a physical copy of this statement, click 'View' under the 'Detail' section of the statement period you wish to view. You will also have the option of printing your statements, should you wish to do so.
If you currently have access to your Online Banking via the TD Bank Mobile App, you can also view your statements from here! If you'd like to learn more about our Mobile App, feel free to use the link here: https://go.td.com/1hOPk1H.
Once you have logged into your Mobile App using your Online Banking credentials, similar to using your web browser, click on the 'Accounts' tab, followed by the deposit account you wish to view a statement for. Then, click on the 'Statements' tab towards the right of your screen, and once here, you can select any statement you wish to view it fully, right from your phone!
If you have any trouble, or if you would like to review your statements with a Specialist, you're welcome to connect with us at 1-888-751-9000. Specialists are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, and will be happy to help. If requested, they can even have a statement copy mailed to your address on record. You also have the option of visit a TD Store location, during lobby hours to speak with a Customer Service Representative. In most instances, our Store Representatives can have a statement copy printed for you on the spot.
To take a look at Store locations and their hours, please visit http://go.td.com/1f9DSJR.
We sincerely hope this helps clear up any confusion, Wilhemenia. Enjoy your weekend!
