Good morning, Brittany, and welcome.
We're sorry to hear that you've misplaced your TD Bank Debit Card, and we’d like to recommend that you connect with us as soon as possible so that we may close your misplaced card, and have a new one ordered for you.
When looking to connect with a Specialist, you have a couple different options available to you. First, you're welcome to call 1-888-751-9000 to speak with a Banking Specialist, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. You would also have the option of visiting a TD Store location, during lobby hours, to speak with a Customer Service Representative. To take a look at Store locations and their hours, please visit http://go.td.com/1f9DSJR.
If you're unable to call or visit a Store location, you would also have the option of sending us a secure message. To send a secure message, you will first want to log into your TD Bank online profile by clicking here: https://go.td.com/1eaISlq. Once you've successfully logged in, look for the 'Message Center' on the left hand side and select 'Send a secure message'.
If you have downloaded our mobile banking app for your smartphone, you may also use this method to send a secure message. From your Mobile Banking, log in and select 'Send a Secure Message' from the side Menu. We generally respond within 24 hours or less.
Regardless of the method you choose, we'll be happy to help with not only closing your card, but also either providing you with a new one on the spot should you wish to visit a Store location, or having one mailed to you! It's important to note that if you prefer to send us a secure message to make your request, please be sure to include your address in your message as this information will be needed to fulfill your request.
Additionally, as you mentioned that you have misplaced your I.D., and need to make a withdrawal from your account, we recommend speaking with a Representative at your nearest TD Store location to determine if any exceptions may be made. Feel free to use the link above to find your nearest Store location, as well as their contact information.
We look forward to hearing from you soon, Brittany.
Take care, and enjoy the rest of your day!
