Typically, when an account is requested to be closed, it must be at a zero balance and the request can take 2-3 business days to be completed. Once the account is officially closed, it will automatically be removed from your Online Banking.
We can remove the account from your Online Banking for you, prior to the closure request being fulfilled. To do so, please give our Banking Specialists a call 24/7 at 888-751-9000.
