Good afternoon, Irma and thanks so much for visiting TD Helps today! We hope you're doing well.
If you're in need of your bank statements, don't worry, as we have plenty of options for you to obtain some copies.
The easiest and quickest way to retrieve copies of your statements is to print them via your online banking account.
If you're currently using our TD Online Banking for your personal account, after logging in your account here: http://bit.ly/1eaISlq, please follow the steps below:
-Click on the Accounts tab at the top of the screen
-Click on the checking account number you would like to view statements on
-Click on the Statements tab
-Choose the statement period you would like to view and click View Statement
-You may then click the print icon if you would like to print a copy of your statement
If you are not currently enrolled for online banking and would like to do so for your Personal account, you may use our self-service option by visiting http://bit.ly/1lU2qfY to begin the enrollment process. In order to start, you will need your account number, TD Bank ATM/debit card, Social Security number and your email address. Once at the page, please select "Personal" from the drop down box. Please follow the prompts, and when you finish the enrollment process, you will have immediate access to your account(s).
Just in case you don't have the required information to set up your Online Banking account or you need assistance enrolling, you may contact us 24/7 at 888-751-9000 to speak with a Banking Specialist. Upon proper account verification, we would be happy to help get you started.
If you'd prefer not to download your statements online, you're welcome to contact a Customer Service Representative 24/7 at 888-751-9000, who can mail the statements to your address on file. Or if you'd like, please feel free to visit any of our local Stores to obtain the copies. In many cases you can have them printed while you wait.
