Hey Bob, we appreciate the visit.
If you are referring to BusinessDirect and you know your current User ID, please sign into your account, click on the Customer Service tab and select "Change User ID." If you are referring to your personal accounts, please sign into your account, click on the Customer Service tab and select "Change User Name."
If you need assistance with your BusinessDirect account, feel free to call us at 800-493-7562, Option 2, to speak with a Small Business Banking Specialist.
For additional support on other online banking platforms, such as: TD Credit Card, loans, etc. including online banking for your personal accounts please contact our 24/7 Customer Service line at 888-751-9000.
