If this is in regards to your TD Online Banking and you are able to log in, you may change your user name by selecting the “Customer Service” tab; once you've logged onto your account online from here: http://bit.ly/1eaISlq. In the “Customer Service” tab, there will be a “Self Service” portion and under that portion, you will see a link to “Change User Name.” If you are a TD Bank BusinessDirect user, please direct your browser to http://bit.ly/1rvBmq8 and follow the same steps to change your User ID.
