We would like to thank you for joining us on TD Helps, Bob. We appreciate your interest in a Home Equity Loan with us.
When applying initially, you will be asked to include your home's estimated value. After you have submitted your Home Equity application we will contact you to request any additional information required. If needed, we would also follow up during the application process with ordering an appraisal to determine the final value of the home.
Your application will be reviewed within one business day. If it is conditionally approved, a loan processor will contact you within 48 hours to begin the next steps. When it's time to close your loan, a meeting will be held at a TD Bank location.
If you have any additional questions, our Home lending Specialists are available to assist 24/7 at 800-937-5020.
We hope this helps, Bob. Have a great night!
