I cancelled an account but it still appears in my on line banking, how do I get rid of it?

Thanks for connecting with us here on TD Helps, Barbara.
Typically, when an account is requested to be closed, it must be at a zero balance and the request can take 2-3 business days to be completed. Once the account is officially closed, it will automatically be removed from your Online Banking.
We can remove the account from your Online Banking for you, prior to the closure request being fulfilled. To do so, please give our Digital Banking Specialists a call 24/7 at 800-493-7562.
To make sure the account is at a zero balance or to check the status of the request feel free to give our Customer Service Representatives a call, anytime at 888-751-9000 or you may visit a TD Store location for further assistance. For Store hours and locations please take a look here: http://bit.ly/TDStores.
We hope this information helps and enjoy your day.
