Happy Wednesday and thanks for your question, Martha. We'll be happy to help you with your inquiry today.
You have multiple options to view a list of your direct debit payments or transactions. One option is via Online Banking. If you are not enrolled for Online Banking yet, you may do so for free here: http://bit.ly/1lU2qfY. Keep in mind that you will need your account number, ATM/Visa Debit Card number and email address. Once you are logged in to your account, click on the "Accounts" tab and select the account you are inquiring about and then click on "Account History." Next, please click on "Power Search" and select "Debit Search" from the drop down box. You will then have three options to search specific transactions by amount, amount range, or up to the last 15 debits.
If you are referring to a business account and you are not enrolled for TD Bank BusinessDirect and you have your debit card, follow this link http://bit.ly/1lU2qfY and choose Business from the drop down box. Once you’re at the “Sign Up for TD Bank BusinessDirect” page, please complete the application. You will need your Business Taxpayer Identification Number, account number, ATM/Debit card number, the business name, and your e-mail address. When you are finished with the application, you will receive an e-mail confirmation within 2 business days that contains your User ID and password.
Once logged in to your account, just like with a personal account, click on the "Accounts" tab and select the account you are inquiring about and then click on "Account History." Next, please select Direct Debit under "Type" from the drop down box and select the date range you need information from.
If you have any questions or need assistance with enrolling please call our Digital Banking Specialists available 24/7 at (800) 493-7562 or visit your local TD Bank. To find out TD store locations near you, please visit: http://bit.ly/TDStores
Another option is to call our automated system, also known as the Interactive Voice Response (IVR), by dialing 1-800-YES-2000 (1-800-937-2000). To use this service, you will need your account number, which can be found on your paper statements and also located at the bottom of your checks. You will also need your PIN number, if this is the first time using the automated system, the PIN number will be the last four digits of your Social Security number or Tax Identification number if this is a Business account, which you will be requested to change. Once you verify your account thru the IVR system, you will be able to retrieve the transactions you are looking for.
Finally, if you prefer you may also call us 24/7 at 1-888-751-9000 to speak with a Customer Service Representative or visit your local TD Bank Store and we'd be more than happy to go over the transactions with you.
Please understand, you're unable to see a listing of (scheduled) direct debits that have not yet posted to your account. If you're interested in a particular payment that does not yet reflect your account, please contact the company where the direct debit was initiated.
We hope this information is helpful, Martha and enjoy the rest of your day!
