Thanks for joining us this afternoon, Genevieve.
You have a great question, and we'll be more than happy to assist you with locating your pending balance!
You have a couple different ways in which you may obtain this information, and the first and most convenient way to access your balance is to log into your online banking, which you're able to do from here: https://go.td.com/1eaISlq. If you haven't yet enrolled in online banking, that's okay, as you can use the link here: https://go.td.com/1lU2qfY to get started. To fully enroll, you will need your account number, debit card number, a valid email address, and your social security number.
Once you've logged in, you should be immediately directed to your account(s), and in the 'Deposit' section, you can find your available balance, today' beginning balance, and even the amount of your pending transactions! If you'd like more details about these specific transactions, you can simply click on your account.
Similarly to the instructions above, you can also view your transactions and balances using TD Bank's mobile app. If you're interested, you can use the link here: https://go.td.com/1hOPk1H to learn more about the great features and benefits that come with our mobile app!
In addition to reviewing your balances through your online banking and mobile banking app, you are also able to call us directly, or visit your nearest TD Store location. Banking Specialists can be reached by dialing 1-888-751-9000, and for your convenience, are here to help 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. To take a look at Store locations and their hours, please visit http://go.td.com/1f9DSJR.
We hope this information helps, Genevieve, and thanks again for joining us.
Have a great upcoming weekend!
