Thanks for coming to TD Helps with your question, Domingo. We are more than happy to provide all information needed to do Mobile Banking.
In order to use the Mobile Banking, you must first be enrolled in Online Banking. During the enrollment process you will create a username and password which you will then use for Mobile Banking. If you have not enrolled already, you can do so by visiting here: http://bit.ly/1lU2qfY. You will need your Social Security Number, your TD Bank ATM/Debit Card, your account number and your email address.
If you do not have the pieces of information required to enroll, you can contact our Digital Banking Specialists 24/7 at 800-493-7562 and they will be happy to help you enroll in Online Banking. You can also stop by one of our TD Stores to set up your online access. For Store hours and locations, please visit http://bit.ly/TDStores for more information.
Once you've created your online account or if you are enrolled already, you can download the app by visiting http://bit.ly/1opBqUt. The user name and password that Mobile Banking will ask you for is the same as the one you've created for Online Banking. Please note that the Mobile Banking app is available for iPhones, Android and Blackberry phones at this time. Again, if you have any issues with the Mobile Banking app or need assistance logging in, please contact our Digital Banking Specialists.
We hope this helps, stop by again with any other questions Domingo.
