I have still not received my 2017 W-2s from TD Bank. I have moved recently, but I have mail forwarding set up and am receiving all other mail... as well as other items from TD Bank. How do I go about getting this information from TD Bank?

Thanks for joining the conversation, Charlotte.
We’d first like to inform you that a 1099 interest form is only generated if you received $10.00 or more of interest in 2017. You may confirm the amount of interest your account has received by viewing the last statement for the year of 2017.
If you notice that you have earned at least $10.00 in interest, we'll gladly help send you a new form. Unfortunately, as TD Helps is not considered to be a secured forum, we do not have access to your account. Because of this, we ask that you contact us directly by calling us at 888-751-9000. Our Representatives are available to assist 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
You may also obtain a new 1099 form at your local TD Bank Store. To view our Store locations and hours, please click here: http://bit.ly/TDStores.
Lastly, if you currently have access to your online banking, you may send us a secure message. To send a secure message, you will first want to log into your TD Bank online profile by clicking here: https://go.td.com/2H8iXLO. Once you've successfully logged in, please select the 'Account Options' tab, and click on 'Account Services'. From there, you will be able to send us a secure message. If you have downloaded our mobile banking app for your smartphone, you may also use this method to send a secure message. From your mobile banking, log in and select 'Send a Secure Message' from the side Menu.
We hope this helps, Charlotte, and we apologize for any inconvenience this has caused.
Have a great day!
