Hello Chris, and welcome to TD Helps!
If you are referring to fast cash via our ATM, it is an option where you can take $60.00 out upon entering your PIN number.
In case you are referring to a cash advance, as a Customer or non-Customer with us, you are more than welcome to request a Cash Advance at any TD Bank location using a Visa, MasterCard, Discover Card, H & R Block Tax Refund Card or a Prepaid Card up to $5000 per card/per day. Please note that your physical card must be present to process a cash advance.
Just in case, please keep in mind that we do not accept American Express Cards in our Stores for over-the-counter Cash Advances; however, if you're an American Express cardholder with a Personal Identification Number (PIN) you can access our ATMs with your card present.
Please check out https://go.td.com/1f9DSJR to find a local TD Bank store nearby to make a cash advance during lobby hours.
If you want to make a cash advance on a TD Credit Card, we do recommend reviewing your credit card terms to be aware of any limits, fees or higher rates which may apply for this service. A Representative can be reached 24/7 at 888-561-8861. And please see http://bit.ly/1klVfbF for a copy of the Personal Credit Card Agreement, or http://bit.ly/YX21jJ for a copy of the TD Easy Rewards Secured Credit Card Agreement, depending on your card. If you would like to get your specific card agreement, you can register your credit card within http://bit.ly/1lVKil9, or call a Representative as above, to request a copy.
As you mentioned you only have a checking account, you're absolutely welcome to apply for a TD Visa Credit Card with us during your visit. TD Bank offers multiple types of Credit Cards. Please check out https://go.td.com/1NryPsn to view and compare the type of card that may be most convenient for you. Once you have decided the type of the card you like, you may apply online. If you wish to, you may also call us 24/7 using the number mentioned above to apply. Please note; if you don't have a physical address within TD footprint, you will need to step into a TD Bank Store location to complete your application in person.
Thanks for reaching out, Chris!
