My Client lives in Puerto Rico Currently. She is attempting to acquire a Home Loan in the United States to purchase a Home here. Her Business is in Puerto Rico. All of her Tax Forms/Data and Transcripts are in Spanish from Puerto Rico. How does she acquire a Home Loan in the United States without having to have all of her Tax Documentation Translated? (Translation for these Documents takes 6 Months.) We have 45 Days to Close on this Home. How can we proceed? Will your Bank be able to assist us?
